Graduate School of Literature

The remarkable progress of globalization and the advancement of the information age in recent years have created immense opportunities to communicate with people, groups and organizations around the world that come from different cultural backgrounds. As a result, the complexity and difficulty of reaching a consensus and developing mutual understanding with such people is becoming clear.
Under these circumstances, it is necessary to train students to not only acquire linguistic and negotiation skills, but also consider the historical, social and economic backgrounds of various cultures, as well as to develop a deep interest in and understanding of humanity. Such training is the educational goal of the Master's Program in Language, Culture, and Communication of the Graduate School of Literature. Accordingly, the school offers highly specialized classes in language and cultural studies, English education and communication studies and personal relations studies. It also offers a long-term study system allowing students to systematically conduct their studies for longer than two years.
